Venusian Soap Bar
At Venusian Soap Bar, every product is handcrafted in small batches with intention, care, and quality ingredients. Because our soaps and body products are personal care items made to order, all sales are final. We encourage you to read this policy carefully and reach out before purchasing if you have any questions.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the handcrafted and hygienic nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any soaps or body care items once they have left our studio. This policy exists to protect the integrity and safety of every order we send out.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We take great pride in the quality of every order we prepare. If your order arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
To process your claim, we will need the following:
- Order Number — Found in your confirmation email.
- Photos of the item(s) — Clear images showing the damage or incorrect product.
- Photos of the Packaging — Including any visible damage to the exterior.

Once your claim is reviewed, we will be happy to offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Claims submitted after the 48-hour window may not be eligible for resolution.
Allergies & Sensitivities
All ingredient lists are available on each product page. We strongly encourage you to review them thoroughly before placing your order, especially if you have known skin sensitivities or allergies. Because our products are handmade and contain natural botanicals, essential oils, and fragrance blends, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges due to scent preference, skin sensitivity, or allergic reactions.
If you are unsure whether a product is right for you, please contact us before purchasing and we will do our best to guide you.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has entered production or has been dispatched, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.
