📦 Shipping Policy

At Venusian Soap Bar, each item is handcrafted in small batches with intention and care. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During seasonal launches, holidays, or high-volume sales, processing times may extend slightly. Any updates will be clearly noted on our website or social channels.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We currently ship via USPS and UPS, depending on the best option for your order.

At this time, Venusian Soap Bar ships within the United States only.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and begin after your order has shipped, not when it is placed. Please note that delivery delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or peak shipping seasons, which are outside of our control.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Venusian Soap Bar is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, Venusian Soap Bar is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
